Mortgage Resources, Inc was started in 1984 by Patty Young. Still in existence today, it is one of Boulder Counties oldest “hometown” residential mortgage lenders. As time passed, a new company evolved, Property Resources, Inc. to provide the full service aspect of Boulder County Real Estate to it’s expanding clientele of repeat clients and their referrals.
